Our digital printed goods again use heavy duty inks which key to their substrate with maximum effect to provide a high quality, durable and vibrant printed product.

Screen Print

Established in 1969, Easyfix Emblems Ltd started solely as a screen printer providing printed goods to clients on a regional basis. Over 50 years later, Easyfix has grown to supply customers nationally and internationally. Whilst the business has expanded and evolved over the course of our history, one thing hasn’t changed; our commitment to quality, still rooted in the traditional techniques of our origins. Environmentally friendly chemicals and inks are now at the forefront of this process.

Screen printing is a versatile method of print in which ink, is transferred to a substrate via a squeegee bar ‘stroking’ across the polyester mesh, allowing ink to pass through onto the substrate. One spot colour is printed at a time, but multiple decals can be placed on each sheet, making this process ideal for large quantities.

Substrates range from self-adhesive vinyl, card, Correx, PVCs, polypropylenes, acrylics, and polycarbonates to metals, aluminium composite materials and many more. We can screen print any colour ink, varnishes and even adhesive.

We use premium, heavy duty, UV and solvent inks which not only increase the durability of our decals and signage but also enhance the colour vibrancy of our prints. Our skilled screen print experts bring a wealth of knowledge and deep understanding of the process, allowing Easyfix to deliver unmatched quality in our screen-printed products.

We can offer screen printed products up to a maximum size of 1580x1150mm.

Profile-Cut Graphics (Pre-Spaced)

Profile-cut graphics, also known as computer-cut graphics start as a roll of self-adhesive vinyl. They are then cut to precise shapes, sizes and designs by our Summa plotter machines. The waste vinyl is removed before application tape is applied to the graphics.

Profile-cut graphics offer a sleek, professional finish with no visible waste vinyl and offer a long-lasting branding solution. Commonly used on vehicles or machinery, they are an excellent way to showcase logos, telephone numbers, web addresses or to mark locations, uses or other important information.

Available in a wide variety of colours and lifespans, and suitable for a range of purposes and applications, profile-cut graphics can be tailored to your needs. Please contact our sales team on 01538 388688 or email sales@easyfixemblems.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

Digital Cutting

Easyfix Emblems is proud to operate a ZÜND G3-L2500 digital flatbed cutter, capable of performing die cuts, kiss cuts, router cuts, creases and scores in any shape. Suitable for cutting almost any media, the ZÜND is unmatched in accuracy and precision. We commonly use it to cut vinyls, PVCs, card, Correx, polypropylenes and metals, though its capabilities go far beyond these materials.

The maximum size it can cut for a rigid sheet is 1800x3200mm, with a thickness of up to 110mm. It is worth noting that the ZÜND can perform continuous cuts of roll fed media beyond its bed size due to its impressive accuracy.

Die Cut, Kiss Cut, Backsplit

Make your designs precise and unique with cut-to-shape signs and stickers. We operate two Crossland hand fed platen cutting machines, both suitable for cutting self-adhesive vinyl, card, PVCs, polypropylene and many other materials.

Our platen cutters can kiss cut self-adhesive vinyl making you stickers easy to peel. Alternatively, we can add a back split to the release liner of your labels, providing another cost-effective way to simplify sticker application.

The nature of the platen cutting makes it particularly well-suited to high-volume jobs.

Lamination

Increase the longevity of your print by adding laminate to your products. Available in matt or gloss and in a range of different grades and lifespans, laminates protect your print from abrasion and UV rays. Beyond protection, laminates can serve a variety of other purposes. For example, drywipe laminates allow you to write on labels or signs with a marker pen and then wipe them clean for reuse. Anti-slip laminates can be applied to floor decals, providing underfoot grip to keep you and your colleagues safe. Laminates can also enhance the vibrancy of your print, making signs and decals stand out.

We operate two, best in class, wide-format Seal laminators which allow us to apply laminates up to 1600mm wide to rolls of media or rigid signage. These machines also enable Easyfix to add application tapes to vinyl, making your profile-cut graphics easy to use and apply.

Contact our sales team on 01538 388688 or email sales@easyfixemblems.co.uk to discuss the most suitable laminate for your print.

Metal Plates

Metal plates are a long-lasting, top-of-the-range print solution. Available in a variety of thicknesses, we can print onto aluminium, stainless steel, brass, aluminium composite material and many other metals.

Our metal plates serve a wide range of purposes from serial numbers and VIN plates to safety signage and corporate branding and are built to stand the test of time. In addition to printing metal plates to your customised design, we can add radius corners, drill pilot holes for easy fitting, engrave characters, apply protective tapes and laminates, oven-seal your print or add adhesives to your plates.

All services are carried out in-house at our Staffordshire site.
